Colca Canyon Tour

This tour begins very early, at 3:00 a.m., with pickup from your hotel in Arequipa to begin the trip to Chivay, a journey that takes approximately 3 hours. Upon arrival, we will enjoy a typical breakfast before continuing on to the famous Cruz del Cóndor, one of the best viewpoints of the Colca Canyon. Here we will have time to appreciate the impressive depth of the canyon and, with luck, observe the majestic flight of the Andean condor, which can reach up to 3 meters in wingspan.

On the way back to Chivay, we will make brief stops at the valley’s natural viewpoints, from where you can see the volcanoes, the pre-Inca agricultural terraces, and the picturesque village of Maca.

Once in Chivay, those who wish to do so can relax in the medicinal hot springs. Finally, we will enjoy a traditional lunch before returning to Arequipa.
