Humantay Lagoon
The adventure begins early, we will pick you up at your hotel at approximately 4:30 AM, then we will make a two and a half hour trip by car to the town of Mollepata which is located in the province of Anta, where we can stop for breakfast. Afterwards, we will continue our trip for another hour and a half by car until we arrive to the community of Soraypampa, during the way we will appreciate impressive landscapes and the snowy Salkantay.
From Soraypampa we will start an ascent of approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes (depending on your pace) to the impressive lagoon of crystalline waters and turquoise color, surrounded by mountains and with views of the snowy Salkantay. You will have time to explore, take pictures and enjoy the tranquility of the place.
At the end, we will descend to the community of Soraypampa to board our transport to Mollepata where we will have time for lunch before returning to Cusco. This tour ends at approximately 5:30 in Cusco’s Plaza Regocijos.
