To visit the impressive citadel of Machu Picchu, we will transfer you very early in the morning to the train station in Ollantaytambo, from where you will depart to Aguas Calientes on a tour in which you will enjoy the beautiful scenery on your way to Machu Picchu Pueblo. From there you will depart to Aguas Calientes on a journey where you can enjoy the beautiful scenery on your way to Machu Picchu Pueblo.Upon arrival in Aguas Calientes, you will have time for breakfast before heading together to the bus station. The bus ride to the citadel of Machu Picchu will take approximately 25 minutes. Upon arrival, your guide will be waiting for you to begin the tour, which will last between 2 and 3 hours (depending on the circuit booked in advance).
During the tour of the citadel, you will discover the function of each enclosure and esplanade within the context of the Inca Empire. In addition, you will learn about the mountains that surround and frame this majestic architectural work. Once the tour is over, you will have time to take pictures and keep a special souvenir of this iconic place.
Afterwards, we will go to the bus station to descend to Aguas Calientes, where you will have time to have lunch and take a walk until the scheduled time to board the train back to Ollantaytambo. It is important that you arrive at the station in advance to avoid missing the train.Upon arrival in Ollantaytambo, we will be waiting for you to transfer you back to Cusco, where this unforgettable experience will end.
