Maras Moray ATV Tour 1 day

We will start this exciting adventure by picking you up directly at your hotel and transferring you in private transport to the picturesque village of Cruzpata, located just 50 minutes from the city of Cusco. In Cruzpata, you will find our base of operations, where the ATVs are waiting for you, ready to start the experience. Before starting the tour, you will receive a brief training on the handling of the ATVs and practice to ensure safety during the trip.The tour begins with a visit to the archaeological complex of Moray, known as the agricultural laboratory of the Incas.

This fascinating site stands out for its circular terraces, designed to experiment with different microclimates and optimize crops. During the approximately 20-minute visit to Moray, you will enjoy spectacular views and learn about the ingenuity of the Inca civilization. After exploring Moray, we will return to the base by ATV, completing a total round trip of approximately 2 hours, where you will enjoy breathtaking landscapes of the Andes Mountains.From the base, we will continue by private transport to the famous salt mines of Maras, located about 20 minutes away.

This incredible site has more than 3,000 salt wells fed by a subway spring and produces a salt recognized worldwide for its healing properties and its low sodium chloride content. During the visit, we will have the opportunity to admire this unique cultural heritage and learn about its traditional method of salt extraction.Finally, we will return to the city of Cusco, culminating this unforgettable experience around 2:00 pm.
