Arrival in Cusco and transfer to hotel

Upon arrival at the Alejandro Velasco Astete airport in Cusco, we pick you up and take you to your hotel. Afterwards you will be offered an easily digestible breakfast and/or lunch (as appropriate) after which we offer you a break for acclimatization followed by a short walk around the main square of Cusco and its surroundings.

Visit to the Sacred Valley of the Incas

We begin our tour to the Sacred Valley. Departing from Chinchero, where we will visit its traditional market, then we will visit the salt mines of Maras (Andean salt mines) and the circular agricultural terraces of Moray (ancient Inca agricultural experimentation center). We will have lunch in Urubamba (heart of the Sacred Valley of the Incas). Then we will go to the fortress of Ollantaytambo and in the afternoon we will take the tourist train to the town of Machupicchu where we will spend the night.

Visit to the Inca City of Machupicchu

In the early hours of the morning we will enjoy breakfast. Then we go to the station to board our bus to Machupicchu and we will see how spectacular the Inca city is. You have the guided tour for 3 hours, there is also the option of Huaynapicchu mountain; You will have time to meditate inside Machu Picchu, charge your energy and take the impressive photos, which will be an unforgettable memory, then we return to Aguas Calientes and then we go to the train station to go to Ollantaytambo and then we will transfer you to your hotel in Cusco.

Visit to the 7 Colors Mountain (Vinicunca)

We will make a first stop in Cusipata, where we will enjoy a buffet breakfast, and then continue with the route of approximately 5 kilometers to the 7 Colors Mountain. The hike is approximately 2 hours, throughout the journey we will appreciate the breathtaking scenery.

Upon reaching the top we will observe the wonderful colors of the mountain, we will have some time to enjoy the natural wonder of the mountain of 7 colors whose multicolored shades are due to different minerals, where we can take a photo session. Finally, we will enjoy lunch in Cusipata and return to Cusco at 17:30 approximately.

Cusco City Tour

The tour will be done on foot in Cusco: Plaza de Armas, “Cathedral of Cusco” and the Temple of Santo Domingo, Q’oricancha (Temple of the Sun), then we will go to the fortress of the temple of Sacsayhuaman to continue to the archaeological complex of Q’enqo, and continue our journey to the fortress of Puca Pucara continue to the water temple of Tambomachay then we will move to the hotel ending the day.

Visit to the Humantay Lagoon

The tour begins between 4:00 and 4:30 am with the transfer from Cusco to Mollepata, where you will enjoy breakfast. Then, you will hike for 1.5 to 2 hours from Soraypampa (3850 m.a.s.l.), with a terrain of ups and downs. If you prefer not to walk, you can rent horses that will accompany you along the way. During the ride, you will be able to enjoy the views of the snow-capped mountains of Humantay, as well as the local flora and fauna. At the end, you will return to Cusco. It is recommended to bring warm clothes due to the cold climate of the area.
