The 4-Day Tour of the Sacred Valley and Machu Picchu is a cultural journey through the heart of the Inca Empire, designed to explore Cusco, the Sacred Valley, and Machu Picchu in an organized, safe manner with a local guide.

The tour includes airport-to-hotel transportation, time to acclimate in Cusco, and a comprehensive tour of the main archaeological sites in the Sacred Valley: Chinchero, Moray, the Maras Salt Mines, and Ollantaytambo. The trip culminates with a guided tour of Machu Picchu, one of the Seven Wonders of the Modern World.

Day 1: Arrival in Cusco

Airport pickup and transfer to the hotel. Free afternoon to acclimate and explore the historic center.

Day 2: Sacred Valley – Aguas Calientes

Visit Chinchero, Moray, Maras, and Ollantaytambo before taking the train to Aguas Calientes.

Day 3: Machu Picchu – Cusco

Guided tour of the Inca citadel, with time for photos, and return by train to Cusco.

Day 4: Cusco – Lima

Transfer to the Cusco airport for your return flight to Lima.

DAY

Arrival in Cusco city

We will begin this trip to Cusco with a warm welcome at the Cusco airport and transfer to your hotel with our private transportation. This day will be ideal to acclimatize and get to know the city of Cusco, you can visit the main square of Cusco and surrounding streets of the historic center. If required, we can take this day to rest and prepare for the following days.

Sacred Valley - Aguas Calientes

We will start our day with breakfast at your hotel, at approximately 6:30 am we will pick you up from your hotel and travel to Chinchero, we will visit a textile art center and the archaeological center, then the terraces of Moray and the salt mines of Maras. At noon, we will go to the town of Urubamba to enjoy a buffet lunch with Peruvian gastronomy and a live show of typical dances. Afterwards, we will visit the Ollantaytambo fortress and there we will board the tourist train to Aguas Calientes, where we will spend the night.

Aguas Calientes - Machupicchu - Cusco

This day we will visit the world wonder, Machu Picchu, we will start early boarding the bus, which will take us on a 20 minute ride to the main entrance of Machu Picchu. Upon arrival you will enjoy its magical energy, tranquility, natural beauty and Inca constructions with a completely private guided tour of approximately 2 hours. At the end of the tour, we will descend again by bus to the town of Aguas Calientes.

You will have enough time to have lunch and optionally enjoy its thermal baths or a short walk through the town of Machu Picchu. Afterwards, we will go to the train station to return to Cusco. Upon arrival, we will pick you up to transfer you to your hotel in Cusco.

Flight Cusco - Lima

This will be our last day in Peru, according to your flight schedule we will pick you up at your hotel in Cusco and transfer you to the airport to board your flight to Lima.
