After about three hours of walking, we will take a break for lunch in Hatunchaka (3,000 m), a small village where you can also buy water, snacks, or use the restrooms. Then we will continue to Wayllabamba (3,100 m), the last village on the route to Machu Picchu, and finally we will walk for another hour to Ayapata (3,300 m), where we will camp and spend the night surrounded by nature and tranquility.
